Casa de Cuentos is a low volume, high-end outfitter that prides itself on single group trips. We only accept trips that are booked in advance.

RESERVATIONS:

DEPOSITS:
Casa de Cuentos requires a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept checks, or cash, or you may use the paypal link located on the website which accommodates most forms of credit cards and checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future trip.

CHECK IN & OUT: ( We leave it up to you! )
Check in is set by our guests. You can check in anytime on the day of your arrival and check out when you are ready on the day of your departure. The house will be open and the air conditioning or heat will be on when you choose to arrive.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
Let us know when you are arriving, and a staff member with the lodge will pick you up and take you back to the airport.

TIPPING:
The staff at Casa de Cuentos is dedicated to making your experience memorable and Although tips are not required, you are welcome to show your appreciation if you wish to reward someone that made your trip extra special.

SMOKING:
The inside of the lodge is a smoke free environment. We require all smoking to be done outside.
