Casa de Cuentos is a low volume, high-end outfitter that prides itself on single group trips. When you book your trip, the entire lodge is dedicated to serving you. We only accept trips that are booked in advance.

RESERVATIONS:
Reservations may be booked by first checking availability on our website calendar and then if available, filling out our reservation request form online, or by calling 512.656.9463.

DEPOSITS:
Casa de Cuentos requires a 50% deposit upon booking the trip. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept checks, or cash, or you may use the paypal link located on the website which accommodates most forms of credit cards and checks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future trip.

CHECK IN:
Check in is set by our guests. You can check in anytime on the day of your arrival. The house will be open and the air conditioning will be on when you choose to arrive.

CHECK OUT:
Check out when you are ready on the day of departure.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE:
Let us know when you are arriving, and a staff member with the lodge will pick you up and take you back to the airport.

TIPPING:
The staff at Casa de Cuentos is dedicated to making your experience memorable. The staff members do not expect tips, but tips are welcome if you want to reward someone who made your trip extra special.

SMOKING:
The inside of the lodge is a smoke free environment. We encourage any smoking to be done outside.
